量子随机数模块

产品概述

本产品是一款具有完全自主知识产权的量子随机数卡，基于超自发辐射集成光源产生的辐射噪声反映在光场强度、相位和偏振等量子态随机波动，通过对光场强度的测量、采样和量化，得到呈现高斯分布的原始随机数。并根据最小熵评价方法保证量子随机数安全性前提下，通过基于Toeplitz技术实现随机性提取。

本产品是面向对量子随机数速率需求适中，对产品体积和接口定制化有较高要求的场景。采用光源和探测器的集成技术实现独立的集成熵源，并通过一个FPGA芯片实现控制、数据采样、后处理等功能。
